Daisy had a rough start before she came into VGSR. We were contacted about her and asked if we could help. She had a severely swollen front leg and her owners were not able to get her the help she needed. We brought her in and got her leg x rayed. Both the tibia and the fibula bones were broken completely. Surgery was not required and the leg was splinted. She recovered nicely even though was not the best patient. She is a very active girl who loves people and is good with other dogs. She is still learning not to jump when she gets excited so she would not be good with small children. She is not good with cats. Daisy is a fence climber and can climb a six foot fence. So while she needs a yard she does not need it fenced. She has good recall and is getting better on leash. Daisy is a great girl and she will make a great addition to the right home
