April 19, 2014 we got moved again. I didn’t like it much and hid in the back of the pen. When we got there it was not happy because they washed us, wrapped up up in towels and strange dogs snuffled on us. I was exhausted and just wanted to be left alone.
April 30 now, so they say. A little kid decided to name me Scout. Well, I showed them it was the right name. I immediately sneaked through a spot in the yard where nobody else could figure out how to go and I explored like the Scout I am. Every puppy stared at me and even barked because they couldn’t figure out how to get to the land beyond. I’m smart too because when my foster mom showed me the way back, I figured out immediately. I am still the only one in my family who has traveled where the rest have never ventured.
May 8 update on the itches. I hate to itch. I got the itchy things worse than the rest of the kids. My beautiful coat fell out a lot and they told me I looked so pitiful. I got infections from scratching so much and I had special treatment because of it. And I still itch. But, I am not shy and because I am pitiful, they cuddle me a lot. They don’t know I have plans to be the most spoiled puppy. And I will succeed.
May 15 report here. I don’t itch so much but my coat is still a little bit of a mess. My colors are still what they call “diluted” because I am paler and more unusual than the average black and tan. Being different is important in life and I can deal with it. My plan has worked perfectly. I am terribly spoiled now. All I have to do is put my front feet on the couch and someone picks me up and lets me lay there and be a big boy. I can give them just the right look and they melt. They will give me more of the tasty liquid for my skin for a while but I will be fine.
Please think of adopting me. My mama is a GSD. That means I am half perfect and the rest adorable.
Approved adopters (whatever that is) can contact my foster mom at eb@rescuegsds.org
I think we would like donations if anyone can help us. I have taken a lot of liquid medicine that was expensive.
