Duchess is a very loveable dog.  She is quiet and sweet but needs to lose a lot of weight!  She was previously owned by an elderly lady who passed away, so she needed a new home.  She was very unsure of herself at first but getting settled in nicely in her foster home.  She does pretty well with my male Shepherd, and was okay with other dogs at a recent Adoption Event.  She was a very good girl for her initial vet visit!

Despite being so heavy, she does love her walks and really enjoyed the recent snow. 

She will be a beautiful dog when she loses all the extra weight!
