.Hi Im Max. Boy to I have a story to tell. About a month ago I fell down and shattered my left rear leg. My family could not afford my medical care and they turned me over to the shelter. The shelter made arrangements for a veterinarian to look at my leg. It was so badly broken that they were considering amputating it but thats when the president of VGSR stepped in and saved the day. Arrangements were made to rush me to VOSM (orthopedic specialists) in Maryland and Dr. Lotsikas took me under his wing. I was operated on a little more than three weeks ago and the recovery is going great. I have to wear an external fixator on my leg it really looks gross but it doesnt hurt and the wonderful news is that it is scheduled to be removed early next week. The x-rays show that my leg has completely healed and in a few weeks I will be ready to assume all my puppy duties which include causing chaos and running around everywhere. My foster family is really nice and they say I am completely housebroken (of course), full of energy, love all people and dogs (cats are fun too), food driven (of course I am, who isnt) and not afraid of anything (why should I be).
