Maverick is a fun-loving, energetic German Shepherd puppy and the brother of Ranger, Gunner, and Nala. While he may be the last one to head out the door, he’s always the first to dive into play. Maverick loves to run, chase, and engage with the other dogs in the yard, often starting a playful bark to kick things off.

Like his brother Gunner, Maverick is a bit of a “Velcro dog” who enjoys following his person, but he also shows more independence when exploring. He is affectionate, eager for attention, and thrives on interaction. Maverick will do best in an active home that can provide him with plenty of exercise—whether that’s through walks, runs, hiking, or other adventures—and will continue to introduce him to the big, exciting world around him.

Maverick will be ready for adoption on 8/27, after receiving his second set of vaccinations. Approved adopters may email vgsrfosterkim@gmail.com to arrange a meet-and-greet and see if Maverick could be the perfect match.
