Meet Franklin! He is a quirky little guy who has found his voice, figured out the stairs and learned very quickly the toddler in his house is the key to snacks! Franklin is around 2 months old, rapidly growing into his bat ears, yet slowly catching on to the potty training thing. He loves to be around his foster siblings (both male and female), nipping, barking and eating their food! Franklin is a loving pup looking for his forever home. He will fill any home with lots of love and plenty of laughs!
