Zoey is a pretty girl with expressive eyes. She is house and crate trained, and she loves treats and will take them gently. Playing fetch in the back yard and going for walks are her jam and she wants to meet and greet all dogs in the neighborhood. She is very smart and wants to please her human. She learns commands quickly, and has has made significant progress on her leash manners. She is good with adults and children, and was curious but not at all reactive sniffing the cats next to her at the vet, as if she had lived with them before. Zoey does look forward to chasing squirrels, rabbits and other wildlife outdoors, but with proper introduction may be able to coexist peacefully with cats. She's a smart, sweet girl who is eager to please and be close to her human. Lots of change was hard for Zoey, she was anxious so her transition to living with her foster siblings was challenging, but she has learned how to handle and coexist without being the alpha dog.
