Bell just recently came to the Rescue and hasn't yet been seen by a vet for a formal diagnosis but she appears to have very little to no vision in one eye and the other is affected to some degree as well. She consumes large amounts of water daily and must go outside every 3 to 4 hours or she'll have accidents in the house; the vet will look into this at her appointment next week.
We're still learning about her but so far I can say only great things about her. She's a velcro girl who wants nothing more than to be with her person, She rides beautifully in the car and walks well on a leash. She transitioned to my home very easily, learning which door led to the yard after being shown only 2 or 3 times. After 4 days I left her alone in the house for about 5 hours and she didn't bother anything; she does not need a crate.
After she's been seen by the vet more information will be available.
