They call me Joy. My foster mom and dad say I have the perfect name because joy means a feeling of great pleasure and happiness and that describes me perfectly!
Mom says I am an interesting puppy and that I remind her of Scooby-Doo because I just cannot slow down enough to get my grip on the hard wood floors. I just want to play and run! I am house trained and do well in the car. I am getting a lot better with kennel training but I do not like it and I never miss a chance to tell mom about it. I have a lot of energy and currently have two other dogs to play with but, although they look like fun to me, my foster mom will not let me near the cats. I’m a happy-go-lucky girl who needs more basic training but I love being a puppy and I love treats so it’s easier to teach me things than a lot of others my age. I am choosy about who I allow to get close. I want to keep my humans safe but once I know someone I’m all in for a good belly rub and snuggle.
Although I’m happy in my foster home I would be even happier if I could find my forever home. Maybe that’s you! Let’s plan to get together soon so we can find out!
