Hi, my name is Chief and I love attention and people and kisses and everything. I am a puppy so I am still learning everything and I get really excited a lot. I also get scared with new things. My foster mom and dad are very patient and have taught me to "sit" and "lay down" and mom is trying "stay" but I do not like "stay."  I like to play and talk.  I love my foster brother and sister and any other 4 legged creature I meet.  My foster mom watches me around my sisters; she says "kitty" and tells me "no" but I like to tease them.  Did I mention I love to snuggle? 

I went for a walk on a leash yesterday and my foster dad said I really need to work on that. I would rather run around in the back yard and play in the mud, but with all my beautiful long hair mom does not like me to do that 

I used to have a flaky, itchy skin and the vet shaved parts of me to get a better look but it is growing back now. Turns out I am allergic to chicken.  Other than that he said I'm as healthy as a horse.  

Oh good!  Mom just called me for dinner so I'll talk to you later and, don't worry, no chicken on my menu.
